Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling content, managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and analyzing campaign metrics. The role involves collaborating with design and content teams, coordinating brand messaging, and aligning social media efforts with broader digital marketing goals. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also respond to audience interactions, monitor trends, and propose new ideas to strengthen online presence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media content across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and captions.
- Develop content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
