Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying trends to optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including planning and implementing strategies across platforms.
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation and crafting visually appealing, engaging, and relevant content for different audiences.
- Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing and understanding its integration with broader Marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, influencers, and external partners.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving trends and generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Data-driven approach towards campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with sustainability-oriented marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
