Role Discription
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand’s voice across all
digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing cross-platform strategies, producing high-impact content, and fostering a vibrant community. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of culture, technology, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with broader marketing goals and ROI targets.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute the production of short-form video (Reels) high-fidelity graphics, and platform-specific copy.
- Paid Media Understanding: Excellent understanding of social ad platforms to create and manage paid ads.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, manage crisis communications, and identify opportunities for proactive brand interactions.
- Growth & Trends: Monitor emerging platforms and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rate, conversion, and sentiment; translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with Design, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts for furniture or interior , architecture Industry.
- Platform Expertise: Mastery of Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and AI-assisted workflows (prompt engineering for image/text generation).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to distinguish between metrics and meaningful business growth.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional writing skills, high emotional intelligence for community building, and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
