Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager for an on-site position in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the brand's online presence. This includes managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing social media profiles, and analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement. Collaboration with content creators and communication teams to align messaging with branding goals is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage online audiences effectively
- Experience in analytics tools to measure performance and improve engagement
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in managing social media for brands or agencies is a plus
