Ability to think beyond trends and create original content ideas
● Experience working with creators or being comfortable directing shoots
● Build a roadmap to grow platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
● Identify content opportunities that drive organic growth and engagement
● Stay ahead of trends and implement them before they peak
Work closely with in-house creators to:
➢ Shoot engaging video content
➢ Bring fresh and relatable ideas
➢ Guide the creative team on:
➢ Hooks
➢ Storytelling
➢ Visual direction
● Work with internal teams (marketing, design, performance)
● Coordinate with creators to ensure consistent content output
