We are looking for a creative, organized, and growth-driven Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end social media strategy, content execution, and brand communication across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Collaborations
- Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer and brand collaboration opportunities
- Build partnerships aligned with brand positioning and audience
- Track collaboration performance and engagement metrics
2. Giveaway Campaigns
- Plan and execute giveaway campaigns across social platforms
- Handle campaign creatives, captions, posting schedules, and audience engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain tracking reports
3. Content Calendar Management
- Create monthly content calendars with Content themes, Post ideas, Captions, Posting schedules
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms
4. Branding & Social Presence
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging
- Develop branding-focused content aligned with business goals
- Strengthen overall online presence and audience engagement
5. Recipe Video Production
- Create scripts for recipe and food-related content.
- Shoot and capture high-quality videos for social media content
- Edit videos into platform-ready formats for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and retention
6. Video Shooting & Editing
- Handle video shoots for products, recipes, behind-the-scenes, founder branding, and campaigns.
- Perform video editing for reels, ads, promotional videos, and social media content
- Ensure high-quality production, transitions, subtitles, and platform optimization
7. Followers KPI & Reporting
- Set and track follower growth KPIs
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Analyze engagement, reach, and audience insights
8. Paid Promotions & Boosts
- Execute paid boosts and promotional campaigns
- Define audience targeting strategies
- Monitor ad performance and generate campaign reports
9. Content Editing
- Edit videos, reels, graphics, and images for all deliverables
- Ensure high-quality, engaging, and platform-optimized content
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook platforms
- Skills in video shooting, video editing, graphic editing, and copywriting
- Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotions
- Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
- Content strategy and storytelling
- Influencer marketing and campaign management
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Performance marketing basics
