Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to manage and scale our digital presence. The ideal candidate will drive social media campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences effectively. This role is for our India office and requires an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging content including posts, reels, carousels, and thought leadership content
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
Run paid social media campaigns to generate leads for cybersecurity services and training programs
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community presence
Track analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns based on data
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and training teams for integrated campaigns
Stay updated on social media trends and cybersecurity industry developments
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing (B2B preferred)
Experience managing paid campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn Ads preferred)
Proven track record of growing engagement and generating leads
Excellent content writing and communication skills
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity, IT, or tech industry
Experience marketing training/education programs
Basic knowledge of SEO and graphic/video editing tools
