Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Brand Growth Manager who will take ownership of our digital presence. This role involves planning campaigns, creating content, managing external agencies, and contributing to lead generation through social media.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Content Strategy
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Develop storytelling around the company’s journey, manufacturing, and products
- Create campaign ideas for brand building and engagement
Content Creation
- Shoot and manage videos and reels inside the factory and at project sites
- Develop content such as product demos, behind-the-scenes visuals, and founder-led communication
AI-Driven Content Development
- Use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content ideation, captions, scripts, and planning
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and content quality
Agency Management
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with brand messaging
- Conduct regular review meetings
Growth and Brand Building
- Improve engagement and visibility across platforms
- Generate B2B leads including hospital and dealer inquiries
- Build a strong presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of content creation and storytelling
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation
- Comfortable working on-ground for video shoots and content capture
- Ability to manage vendors and agencies effectively
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach

- open to work from home and also travel when needed to different cities
