Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager focused on organic social media growth and operations. This role requires close coordination with clients, managing internal execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of social media activities. This is not a performance marketing role — the focus is on content, consistency, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and maintain content calendars aligned with client goals.
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
Monitor engagement and provide basic performance insights (non-paid).
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Collect content requirements, brand assets, and approvals from clients.
Share regular updates on work progress and completed tasks.
Handle client feedback and ensure timely revisions.
Operations & Team Coordination
Assign tasks to designers, content writers, and social media executives.
Track task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and content schedules.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to avoid delays or gaps.
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of experience in social media marketing (organic focus).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Experience coordinating with creative teams.
Well-organized with a basic understanding of operations and workflows.
Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Good to Have
Experience working with multiple clients or agency environment.
Basic knowledge of Canva or content tools.
Experience managing team members.
