- Design graphics and edit videos
3. Content Calendar Execution
- Ensure regular posting (daily/weekly)
- Cover important dates: admissions, exams, events
- Utilize festivals and national days
4. Engagement & Communication
- Respond to comments and messages promptly
- Handle student queries (courses, fees, eligibility)
- Coordinate with admission team
- Conduct live sessions and Q&A
5. Admission Campaign Management
- Run lead generation campaigns
- Manage paid ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Coordinate landing pages
- Track conversions
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, engagement, leads)
- Analyze performance and improve strategy
7. Branding & Reputation Management
- Maintain positive university image
- Handle negative feedback professionally
- Ensure consistent branding
8. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work with admission cell, faculty, placement team
- Manage student ambassadors
- Coordinate event coverage
9. Event Coverage & Live Updates
- Cover university events (convocation, seminars)
- Provide real-time updates
10. Website & Digital Integration
- Link social media with website
- Provide correct CTAs (Apply Now, Download Brochure)
- Coordinate with SEO/IT team
11. Policy Compliance
- Follow UGC/AICTE guidelines
- Maintain copyright and data privacy
12. Innovation & Trend Tracking
- Follow latest trends
- Analyze competitors
- Develop new campaigns
