Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee social media campaigns, manage social media platforms, develop and execute content strategies, and optimize online presence through Social Media Optimization (SMO). They will create engaging posts, monitor interactions, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with the brand's image and goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Experience in Content Strategy development and implementation
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and platforms
- Proven ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovative marketing strategies
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in managing brand presence on diverse social media platforms is preferred
