Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan, create, and manage daily content across key social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media calendars, coordinating campaigns for launches and events, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and conversion. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, generating insights, and adjusting strategies based on data and trends. The manager will collaborate closely with the strategy, design, and client teams, manage community interactions, and stay updated on platform updates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with hands-on experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and planning, including creating content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals, including analytics, paid social campaigns, and performance tracking.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear writing, client interaction, and effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools is preferred
- Ability to analyze data, interpret key metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual and verbal branding; experience coordinating with designers or creators is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced consulting environment is preferred.
