Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can independently handle brand pages, create strategies, and execute content that actually performs without depending on AI & not just post for the sake of posting
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
- Manage end-to-end content: planning, coordination with team & client, posting & optimization
- Work closely with designers & video editors for reels, creatives & campaigns
- Write engaging captions, hooks & content ideas
- Track performance, analyze insights and improve content strategy
- Stay updated with trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas
- Handle multiple client accounts efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media pages (brands/agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels, and content strategy
- Good sense of content, aesthetics & audience behavior
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Basic understanding of performance marketing is a plus
- Good communication & coordination skills is a must
