Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media Manager to drive organic traffic, grow audience, and increase engagement across social platforms. The role focuses on social SEO, content strategy, and U.S.-focused seasonal trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive organic traffic and audience growth across platforms
• Plan and execute content around trends, occasions, and U.S. audience behavior
• Optimize content using social SEO (captions, hashtags, titles)
• Monitor performance and improve engagement and conversions
• Adapt to trends and scale high-performing content
Requirements
• 2–5 years in social media / digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social algorithms and SEO
