Key Responsibilities
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
Develop social media strategies to increase followers and engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
Monitor trends and competitor activities
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, basic level)
Track performance and generate reports (reach, engagement, leads)
Coordinate with design and content teams
Skills Required
Good understanding of social media platforms
Creativity in content ideas and captions
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite
Understanding of hashtags, trends, and algorithms
Good communication and writing skills
Basic knowledge of ads and analytics
