Role Description
This is an internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Spixy.
This role is execution-heavy and focused on driving consistent digital presence and engagement. You will support day-to-day social media operations, content execution, and marketing coordination initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Perform basic video editing for reels, short-form content, and campaigns
- Maintain and update a social media tracker (content calendar, performance tracking, post status)
- Assist in publishing and updating website pages/blogs
- Support outreach and coordination with influencers and creators for collaborations/deals
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and help build an active online community
- Stay aligned with trends and suggest relevant content ideas
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills (tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred
- Strong organizational ability to manage trackers and execution workflows
- Interest in influencer marketing and digital brand building
- Good written and verbal communication skills
The shortlisted candidates will be asked to be submit an assignment (60mins) before interview rounds.
Key Note: This role offers direct exposure to the founding team, with a clear mandate to actively contribute to brand positioning, market visibility, and growth initiatives at an early stage.
Location: Remote – Bengaluru
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 3–6 months. Based on performance and business requirements, the internship may transition into a full-time role.
