About the Role

Our retail stores are the heart of the Aramya experience — filled with customers, authentic stories, and high-energy moments. We are looking for a Marketing Intern (Retail Content) to be our "eyes on the ground." You will be responsible for capturing, styling, and producing short-form video content that bridges the gap between our physical stores and our digital audience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Store Content Production

  • Conduct regular visits to Aramya retail stores to capture high-quality raw footage.
  • Document the customer journey: product trials, styling sessions, and genuine shopping moments.
  • Produce "Behind-the-Scenes" (BTS) content, store walkthroughs, and new collection previews.


2. Campaign & Ad Creative

  • Shoot and edit content specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok-style clips, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Assist in creating visual assets for local store advertisements and grand opening campaigns.
  • Experiment with different hooks and transitions to improve content engagement metrics.


3. Coordination & Workflow

  • Work closely with the central Marketing Team to execute specific content briefs.
  • Liaise with Store Managers and staff to ensure smooth filming schedules.
  • Manage a fast-paced delivery cycle, moving from raw footage to edited "ready-to-post" clips.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • The Visionary: You have a natural eye for aesthetics, framing, and lighting. You understand what makes a video "scroll-stopping."
  • The Communicator: You are comfortable interacting with customers and store staff to direct authentic, unscripted moments.
  • The Creator: You are obsessed with short-form video trends and know how to use mobile editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.) with ease.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 0–3 years in Marketing, Content Creation, Media, or Design. Relevant college projects or a personal portfolio (Instagram/TikTok) are highly valued.
  • Technical: Proficient in mobile photography and videography.
  • Logistics: Must be based in Bengaluru and willing to travel frequently to various store locations.
  • Mindset: Proactive, high-energy, and able to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
