Internship Opportunity: Social Media & Growth Intern
Brand: BrownBakes Cloud Kitchen
Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Type: Part-time / Full-time
Stipend: ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 per month (with performance-based increase as sales grow)
BrownBakes is a fast-growing cloud kitchen focused on creating delicious, visually appealing baked products. We are looking for creative and driven individuals who understand social media trends and want to build something from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
You will be at the core of building BrownBakes’ digital presence and driving real business results.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and post engaging reels for Instagram
- Create viral-worthy food content that captures attention and drives engagement
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas to make products trend on social media
- Work towards growing the Instagram page and increasing organic reach
- Focus on converting content into actual order flow for the brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who understands Instagram trends and reel culture
- Basic skills in video shooting and editing (mobile editing is fine)
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in food content
- Self-driven and willing to experiment with new ideas
- Passion to grow a brand, not just complete tasks
