Company Description
TheTruPoint is a decision intelligence platform for D2C brands. Most brands today have data spread across Shopify, Meta, Google, and other tools, but it’s fragmented and often misleading. TheTruPoint brings everything into one place, shows what’s actually happening in the business, and helps founders understand what to do next through clear insights, attribution, benchmarks, and real-time alerts.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn
insight → attention → trust → pipeline
This is not a content execution role.
This is a category-building role.
You will:
- Own TheTruPoint’s LinkedIn presence (primary channel)
- Translate complex ideas (attribution, benchmarks, analytics) into simple, high-impact content
- Build a strong, consistent founder-led voice
- Create content that challenges how D2C brands think about data
- Drive inbound interest from founders, marketers, and operators
- Work directly with the founder on messaging, positioning, and narratives
Your output should drive:
Awareness → Engagement → Conversations → Demos
Qualifications
We don’t care about degrees. We care about clarity of thought.
Must Have:
- Strong writing skills: simple, sharp, non-generic
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into relatable narratives
- Understanding of D2C / performance marketing / startup ecosystem
- Consistency and ownership mindset
Good to Have:
- Experience working with early-stage startups or founders
- Understanding of attribution, analytics, or marketing metrics
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, scheduling platforms
