This is an exciting opportunity to join NI-DE Tech LLP, an associated strategic partner company. We are hiring for this role on their behalf. We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to work closely with the Founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all social media channels — from strategy and planning to execution and reporting.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing calendar, outlining weekly content, key campaigns, launches, and collaborations.
- Write engaging copy for social media captions, website content, newsletters, and campaign material in line with the brand’s tone.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Display) and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
- Lead influencer marketing: identify collaborators, manage outreach, negotiate terms, and oversee execution and performance tracking.
- Support content planning and creation, including concept notes for launches, press releases, and event communication.
- Monitor social engagement, foster community interactions, and maintain the brand’s online voice across all platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive communication across touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing social media for a fashion, beauty, or retail brand — including end-to-end execution, copywriting, influencer marketing, and overall content planning.
- Strong experience with paid ads (Meta/Google), with ad testing and optimization being a mandatory requirement.
- Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook, and other marketplaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Creativity, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Familiarity with influencer and digital marketing tools and trends.
- Experience in a startup or early-stage brand environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media analytics tools.
- Based in Kolkata/Hooghly/Serampore (preferred)
- 6 months' probation and then transition to a full-time role with a competitive pay package
