About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Social Media Marketing Intern who can also handle graphic design. This role is focused on results, not activity. We are not looking for someone who just posts regularly. We want someone who can create content that drives real impact, including engagement, reach, and most importantly, sales.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute social media strategies focused on growth
Design high quality, engaging, and potentially viral content
Generate organic reach and convert that into actual sales
Experiment with content formats and ideas to maximize impact
Take ownership of outcomes, not just assigned tasks
Requirements
Strong interest in social media growth and content strategy
Basic to good graphic design skills such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Creative thinking with a willingness to experiment
Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
Ability to focus on results and business impact rather than just activity

This is a 45 day internship
The role is fully remote
The internship is unpaid during the initial period
A performance review will be conducted after 45 days, with potential for a paid role based on results
Quality over quantity, fewer posts are completely fine if they create meaningful impact
The focus is on generating sales through organic content, not just posting regularly
