We’re Hiring | Social Media Executive / Trainee
Sharpened Mind Tech & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Executive / Trainee to join our growing team in Madurai.
If you enjoy creating videos, editing content, designing social media posts, and managing digital platforms, this opportunity is for you.
Role: Social Media Executive / Trainee
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Education: Any Degree
CTC: ₹1.8 LPA
What You’ll Work On
🎥 Shoot short-form videos, reels and promotional content
✂️ Edit videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other platforms
🎨 Create engaging social media posts, creatives and promotional materials
📱 Manage and maintain company social media platforms
✍️ Support captions, content ideas and social media publishing
📅 Assist with content planning and publishing schedules
📊 Monitor basic engagement and content performance
🤝 Collaborate with the team on campaigns, workshops, events and brand communication
What We’re Looking For
You should be:
• Creative and visually oriented
• Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when required
• Interested in video creation and social media
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Able to understand current social media trends and formats
• Good at communication and willing to learn
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a growing company environment
