Internship Details
Position: Social Media Marketing Intern
Duration: 3 Months (Conversion to full time possible according to performance)
Location: KINFRA, Kakkenchery, Kozhikode
Mode: Full-time | On-site | Mon-Fri | 9.30am-6.30pm
Stipend
- ₹5,000 per month during the internship
- Potential full-time opportunity based on performance
- Full-time salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month after successful conversion
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our HR and Marketing team.
If you enjoy creating videos, taking photos, writing social media posts, and telling stories through content, this internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience. You'll work on real projects that help build our employer brand and showcase our company culture across different social media platforms.
What You'll DoContent Creation
- Capture photos and videos of office life, team activities, celebrations, events, training sessions, and CSR initiatives.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
- Take high-quality workplace photographs and organize the media library.
- Design simple social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Help plan and maintain the monthly content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
- Track engagement and help improve reach and visibility.
Employer Branding & Marketing
- Support HR campaigns by creating content for recruitment and employer branding.
- Promote company achievements, events, certifications, awards, and milestones.
- Work with different teams to gather stories and content ideas.
Skills We're Looking For
- Interest in social media and digital content creation
- Mobile photography and videography skills
- Basic video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar apps
- Basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Good written and spoken English
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media pages
- Experience creating LinkedIn content
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of AI content creation tools
- Understanding of employer branding or recruitment marketing
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, Design, or related fields.
