Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager and UGC Creator located in Indore. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media accounts, planning and executing content strategies, creating compelling social media posts, and engaging with online communities to foster brand awareness and loyalty. The role also involves strategizing for social media growth, analyzing performance metrics, working closely with the team to implement social media campaigns, and creating user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with target audiences.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective audience engagement
- Experience with analytics tools to track and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with user-generated content (UGC) creation and its best practices
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to dynamic strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
- Past experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses is preferred
