About the Role
The Social Media Marketing Intern will support 7ZeroMedia and client brand campaigns by executing social media strategies, creating content, and tracking performance across platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in campaign management, audience engagement, and analytics, while contributing directly to brand growth, community building, and measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support the development and execution of content calendars aligned with campaign and brand objectives
Help manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, engagement, and community interactions
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
Analyze insights and assist in preparing basic performance reports with learnings and recommendations
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and platform updates
Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to maintain brand consistency
Support campaign launches, content experiments, and optimization efforts
