This isn't theory. This isn't busywork. From day one, you'll be managing multiple brand accounts, building content calendars, creating content, and being accountable for performance — just like a full-time social media manager would be.
Compensation & Role Type- Full-Time Internship (3 months)
- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month stipend
- Monthly performance bonuses when you hit KPIs
- Additional content creator income if you're producing/appearing in content
- Permanent offer at ₹4 LPA+ post-internship (for high performers, with raise potential based on KPI achievement)
- Relocation support available if you're moving to NCR
What You'll Be Doing- Manage 4–6 brand social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X)
- Build and execute monthly content calendars with strategic planning, not random posting
- Create content — write captions, ideate creatives, shoot short-form videos.
- Ensure all posts go live on time, every time — no missed deadlines
- Track and report on KPIs: engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and strategists to execute campaigns
- Stay on top of trends and apply them to brand strategies in real time
- Manage client communication and feedback loops (yes, as an intern)
Bonus opportunity:
If you're creating content (shooting, appearing on camera, or producing your own videos/graphics), you'll get additional income as a content creator on top of your stipend.

You'll TravelHigh-performing interns may get opportunities to travel abroad for brand shoots, events, or campaigns. This isn't guaranteed, but it's on the table for people who deliver.
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:- Previous social media experience — personal brand, freelance clients, college clubs, startup internships (anything that shows you've managed accounts before)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Ability to write engaging captions and ideate scroll-stopping content
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing (CapCut, Premiere basics)
- Organized and detail-oriented — you can't afford to miss a post or deadline
- Comfortable with data and analytics — you should know what good engagement looks like
- Based in or willing to relocate to Faridabad / Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience managing brand accounts (not just personal profiles)
- Content creation skills (on-camera presence, shooting, editing)
- Copywriting or storytelling ability
- Understanding of paid ads and performance marketing
- Portfolio of social content you've created or managed
