As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a Social Media Intern who is curious, creative, and eager to work at the intersection of finance, content, and technology.
About the Role
As a Social Media Intern at JIC Wealth, you will work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to help shape how our brand is represented online. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands digital platforms, and is interested in how finance, content, and technology come together in a modern wealth management firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, and short-form content related to investing, markets, and financial education
- Use AI-powered tools to ideate, draft, optimize, and refine content efficiently
- Track market trends and digital trends to contribute timely and relevant content ideas
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages in a professional manner
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with the firm’s brand voice and positioning
- Review basic performance metrics to help improve reach, engagement, and content quality
What We’re Looking For
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
- Interest in finance, investing, and personal wealth management
- Comfort using AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and X;
- Looking for experience with Canva or similar tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a professional environment
