Social Media Intern – ISARA
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to join ISARA, a modern fragrance brand focused on minimal design, storytelling, and building a strong digital identity.
This role is not about random posting or chasing trends. It’s about understanding how content builds a brand over time and contributes to a consistent, meaningful presence on social media.

Important note
This is an unpaid internship. However, the intern will receive a percentage of sales generated through social media efforts, creating a direct link between content performance and real outcomes.
A full-time position may be offered based on performance and impact during the internship.
What you’ll do
- Create and assist with Instagram content (Reels, posts, stories, carousels)
- Support monthly and weekly content planning
- Write captions aligned with ISARA’s brand tone
- Research trends and adapt them thoughtfully for the brand
- Use AI tools for content creation, ideation, and visual generation
- Help manage posting schedules and consistency
- Engage with the community through comments and messages
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
What we’re looking for
- Basic understanding of Instagram content and platform behavior
- Strong visual sense and interest in branding or aesthetics
- Comfortable using AI tools for content and creative generation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Confidence in front of the camera and ability to present ideas naturally on video
- Ability to think in storytelling, not just content creation
- Interest in fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle branding is a plus
