Role Overview: We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our digital team in building an engaging online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world experience in fashion branding, content creation, and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling daily posts, reels, and stories across social platforms
- Support the content team in ideating reels, trends, and campaign concepts
- Help create basic graphics and short-form videos using Canva and editing apps
- Engage with the community by responding to DMs and comments under guidance
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with the team during product shoots and influencer collaborations
- Compile weekly performance reports and track key engagement metrics
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts
What We're Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
- Passion for fashion, aesthetics, and Indian culture
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
- Basic working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Good written communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Bonus if you have:
- A personal content portfolio, blog, or social handle showcasing your work
- Basic photography or reel-shooting skills
- Multilingual content abilities (English + Hindi/Bengali preferred)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or analytics dashboards
