Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and distribution of content across IKBIC’s social media channels to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with content calendars, coordinating visual assets, monitoring social media performance, and conducting basic competitor and trend research. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to align messaging with broader digital marketing campaigns and organizational objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seoul, requiring consistent presence at the office and participation in team meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-border business environment; interest in India–Korea economic or innovation ecosystems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; Korean language skills are an asset.
