Hiring: Social Media Marketing Intern | In and Out Media
In and Out Media is looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a 3-month internship designed for individuals who are serious about building a career in digital marketing and want hands-on experience in brand scaling and event management.

Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy & Building: Assist in developing and maintaining a cohesive brand voice for our diverse portfolio of clients.
* Content & Campaign Management: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, plan, and execute social media calendars across multiple platforms.
* Events & On-Ground Exposure: Participate in the planning and execution of live events, capturing content and managing real-time digital engagement.
* Paid Advertising: Gain exposure to the backend of ad management, helping monitor and optimize paid campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
* Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights for our clients.
What We Are Looking For
* A strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability to join immediately for a duration of 3 months.
