About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who doesn’t just want to “manage Instagram,” but wants to build content that drives real business outcomes.
You’ll work directly with the founders to ideate, create, and distribute high-performing content across platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of content from idea to execution.
If you enjoy experimenting, creating, and figuring out what actually works — you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do- Ideate content around growth, startups, AI, and marketing
- Shoot and record videos (founder-led + solo content)
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
- Write captions and hooks that drive engagement
- Post and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Track performance and double down on what works
- Work closely with founders on content strategy and distribution
What We’re Looking For- Someone who loves content — you’re already creating or obsessed with it
- Strong understanding of Instagram / LinkedIn content trends
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Comfortable being behind the camera (and occasionally in front of it)
- High ownership mindset — you care about results, not just posting
- Willing to work fast, experiment, and iterate
Bonus Points- You’ve grown a page, channel, or personal brand before
- You understand hooks, storytelling, and viral formats
- You follow creators in marketing/startup space
