ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a fetch-and-file internship. From day one, you will work directly on live creator and brand accounts, contribute to real campaigns, and be treated as a functioning part of the team. The first three months are unpaid. Interns who demonstrate consistent performance and ownership during this period will be considered for a formal employee role within the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in managing social media content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client and brand objectives
- Analyze audience engagement and translate data into actionable insights
- Brainstorm and contribute campaign concepts for active client work
- Collaborate with the core team on live influencer and brand campaigns
- Handle scheduling, community management, and ongoing trend research

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- A genuine interest in social media, the creator economy, and digital culture
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- The ability to think creatively, move fast, and take initiative
- Familiarity with analytics tools is an advantage
- Background or current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred — though not mandatory if your work speaks for itself
