Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on Performance)
Probation: 2 Weeks (Included within internship duration and stipend)
Stipend: ₹1,500 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, consistent, and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Intern who can manage visual content creation and daily posting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong poster design skills, an understanding of content planning, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
This role requires discipline, creativity, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality posters and visual creatives for social media
- Post content consistently 6 days per week across designated platforms
- Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar
- Plan content themes aligned with marketing goals
- Occasionally design professional brochures and marketing collateral
- Coordinate with the team for campaign ideas and branding inputs
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all creatives
Required Skills
- Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools)
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand aesthetics
- Ability to plan and organize content in advance
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Good communication and responsiveness
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Performance Expectations
- Timely and consistent posting (6 days per week mandatory)
- Submission of monthly content calendar in advance
- High-quality visual output with minimal supervision
- Professional conduct and adherence to deadlines
Probation Policy
The first 2 weeks will serve as a probation period. Performance during this period will be evaluated based on design quality, consistency, responsiveness, and adherence to posting schedules. The probation period is included within the 3-month internship duration and stipend.
Extension
- The internship may be extended beyond 3 months based on performance, consistency, and organizational requirements.
