Role: Social Media Intern
Are you passionate about social media, brimming with creative ideas, and eager to make an impact in the digital space? As a Social Media Intern at Curious Media, you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, collaborate with a high-energy team, and potentially transition into a full-time role based on your performance.

Responsibilities:
- Content Repurposing: Take raw long-form content and re-ideate it into high-retention short-form assets.
- Platform Management: Upload, schedule, and optimize videos via YouTube Studio and other social platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor video performance metrics to identify what content resonates and why.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, meme formats, and emerging creator content to fuel our re-ideation strategy.
- Community Engagement: Manage comments and audience interactions to foster community growth.
Requirements:
- Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of YouTube Studio and the mechanics of viral content.
- Content Awareness: Active consumer of YouTube creators, YouTube content and digital media trends.
- Analytical Mindset: Basic ability to interpret audience insights and data.
- Communication: Strong organizational and written skills for captions and team coordination.
