Role Description
As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for supporting and executing the brand’s social media strategy with the goal of increasing visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
This role goes beyond simply posting content you will be expected to understand what performs, why it performs, and continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Monitor trends and suggest relevant, timely content ideas
- Track performance metrics and identify what’s working vs. what isn’t
- Assist in creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Engage with the audience through comments and messages (if required)

- Consistent content output as per schedule
- Measurable growth in engagement and/or followers
- Improved content quality over time based on insights
- Contribution of new, relevant ideas that align with current trends
