Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & ORM Intern to support our digital presence and online reputation management. This role is ideal for someone who is social media savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs, reviews, and brand mentions
- Respond to audience queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support ORM activities including review tracking and sentiment monitoring
- Help track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
Requirements- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
- Good written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Attention to detail and quick learning ability
- Familiarity with social media tools is a plus
