About Job Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing activities. The intern will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and helping increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling company social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging post captions, stories, reels ideas, and basic content.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for social media creatives.
- Schedule and upload posts regularly.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Reply to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
- Support in planning social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track engagement, reach, and performance of social media posts.
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Creativity and good communication skills.
- Understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, or editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
