We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who wants real, hands-on experience not just theory. You’ll work on actual brands, real campaigns, and measurable growth, alongside a fast-moving team.
This is not a passive internship. You’ll create, experiment, analyze, and improve and your work will directly impact brand performance.
Eligibility & Compensation
- This internship is primarily unpaid and intended for freshers/students seeking practical experience.
- Candidates with prior experience will undergo a 1-month probation period, after which they may be considered for a stipend-based internship based on performance and company requirements.
- A minimum commitment of 3 months is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and executing social media strategies
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support content calendar planning aligned with campaigns
- Engage with audiences (comments, DMs, interactions)
- Track performance (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
- Help prepare reports and extract insights
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform updates
- Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, experiments, and growth hacks
Requirements
- Genuine interest in social media and digital marketing
- Creative mindset with a basic understanding of content, branding, and audience behavior
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content ideation skills
- Detail-oriented and up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and experiment
