We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our growing digital marketing team.
This role is open to talented freshers as well as experienced professionals. If you have the skills and mindset to deliver results, we are open to discussing compensation—there is no fixed salary cap for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms
- Handle Meta Ads campaigns: setup, targeting, creatives, and optimization
- Monitor performance metrics and improve ROI
- Work closely with the marketing team on brand growth and lead generation
- Stay updated with the latest social media and Meta Ads trends
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing (organic + paid)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in agency or client-based work is a plus
