Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Marketing Executive role based in Noida in a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with some flexibility to work from home. The Social Media Marketing Executive will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and support lead generation. The role includes managing daily posting schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics and audience insights. The person in this role will collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to align content with broader campaigns and business objectives. Responsibilities also include community management, responding to audience queries and feedback, and staying updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the pet-care industry.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective social media and digital campaigns.
- Experience with Market Research to understand audience behavior, platform trends, and competitor activities.
- Excellent Communication skills for creating clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messages across channels.
- Exposure to Sales and performance-oriented marketing, with the ability to support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida with flexibility for hybrid work, managing time and tasks independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Genuine interest in pets and the pet-care ecosystem; prior experience in consumer internet or pet-care domains is an advantage.
