Role Description The Social Media Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharamshala. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, aligned with client brand strategies and marketing goals. The executive will create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and short-form videos, and manage publishing schedules and community interactions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on analytics, collaborating with design and content teams, and staying updated on trends and platform best practices. The role also includes coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and impactful digital presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO and online advertising.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Dharamshala, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field; prior experience in an agency or digital-first environment is an advantage.
