Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in the Hastings Area. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can think creatively and strategically, while also executing on the ground.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning content, coordinating shoots and building campaigns, not just posting.
Organic + Inorganic Marketing
What You’ll Do
• Conceptualise content and campaign ideas
• Plan monthly calendars and social strategies
• Ideate reels, carousels and stories
• Coordinate photo and video shoots
• Work closely with designers, photographers and videographers
• Stay on top of trends, formats and platform updates
• Ensure timely posting and brand consistency
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of social media experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
• Creative thinking with structured execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands
• Agency experience is a plus

Salary Range
