We are now looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and help grow the NxtGener brand across all major online platforms.
Role Overview

As our Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Lead and manage NxtGener’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute both organic content strategies and paid advertising campaigns.
- Help build a trusted, relatable, and inspiring online brand for students and young professionals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor ad performance, budgets, targeting, conversions, and ROI.
- Create compelling captions, ad copy, hooks, and calls-to-action tailored to each platform.
- Track analytics including engagement, reach, clicks, leads, conversions, and follower growth.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with recruitment, partnerships, and brand goals.
- Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Support brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials.
- Suggest creative growth strategies and new campaign ideas.

This role is open only to candidates currently based in Asian countries.
We are not hiring for this position within the United Kingdom.
Must-have skills & experience:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create engaging written and visual content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Understanding of audience targeting, engagement strategies, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus (nice to have, not mandatory):
- Experience in education, student recruitment, or youth-focused marketing.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- SEO and content marketing knowledge.
- Experience managing influencer or ambassador campaigns.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
