Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive


Experience: 2 to 4 years

Location: Thane (on-site)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective social media strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Curate content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand identity.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal community around the brand.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across different platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement. Negotiate partnerships, manage relationships, and track campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations to showcase results, trends, and actionable recommendations to clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest industry developments and emerging trends in social media marketing.
  • Experience of 2 to 4 years
