We're building a brand that makes laundry genuinely effortless, and we need someone who can bring that story to life online.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive based in Udaipur.
You'll own Easy Spin's social media presence end to end, not just posting content, but building a strategy, running campaigns, growing the audience, and turning followers into paying customers. You'll work closely with the founding team to make sure everything we put out online reflects who we are and where we're headed.
What you'll actually do:
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create and publish engaging content: reels, carousels, stories, and copy, that drives real engagement, not just likes
- Run paid social campaigns (Meta Ads) and track performance against clear goals (reach, leads, conversions)
- Monitor comments, DMs, and reviews, and respond in a way that builds trust with our audience
- Track key metrics weekly: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, website traffic from social, and conversion data
- Identify content trends in the laundry/home services space and move fast on what's relevant
- Coordinate with designers or create basic visuals yourself using Canva or similar tools
- Report monthly on what's working, what's not, and what we should do next
What we're looking for:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to grow accounts, not just maintain them
- Strong copywriting skills in English and Hindi; you can adapt tone depending on the platform
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable reading analytics, you make decisions based on data, not gut feel alone
- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Express; video editing is a plus
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to post every week
- A genuine interest in consumer brands and local services marketing
Nice to have:
- Experience running influencer collabs or UGC campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile management
- Prior experience in a D2C, hyperlocal, or service-based brand
