Are you a creative, data-driven social media enthusiast who knows how to turn scrollers into buyers? 🚀 Anubhav Arya — a fast-growing branding agency based in Lucknow — is looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to join our remote team and help our clients dominate their digital presence.

What you'll do

• Plan, create & schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & more
• Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals
• Design or coordinate graphics, reels, carousels & story content
• Manage and grow client social media communities & respond to DMs/comments
• Run & optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Track KPIs — reach, engagement, follower growth, leads — and report monthly
• Research trends, hashtags & competitor strategies to stay ahead
• Collaborate with the SEO & design team for cohesive campaigns
• Manage Google My Business profiles — posts, Q&A, reviews & updates

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of hands-on social media marketing experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn algorithms
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (running & optimising paid campaigns)
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google My Business is a plus
• Excellent written communication in English & Hindi
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Self-motivated, organised & comfortable working remotely
• A portfolio or examples of social media work you've managed
