We’re a forward-thinking advertising team looking for passionate Social Media professionals with creative ideas, leadership skills and an excellent eye for detail.
✨ What You’ll Do
As our Social Media Content Creator, you will:
- Conceptualize and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms
- Create scroll-stopping posts, reels, stories, short videos, and graphics in collaboration with designers & editors.
- Write sharp, witty, and brand-aligned captions and copy.
- Manage and monitor daily social media activities, including responding to queries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and marketing) to develop campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Identify new trends, tools, and opportunities for growth in social media.
- Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates—and turn them into content ideas
- Plan, manage, and schedule content calendars
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and mentions to build strong online communities.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 3–4 years of experience in content creation (agency experience preferred)
• Strong writing skills with a creative, conversational tone.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Ability to handle multiple brand voices and work under tight deadlines
