Job Title: Social Media Executive

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Role
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands how different social media platforms work and knows what type of content performs best on each platform.
This role will focus on planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Pinterest. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking performance and improving content strategy across 4–5 managed accounts.
We need someone creative, organized, and passionate about education content with relevant social media experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform-first content execution
- Understand how Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Pinterest operate, including formats and audience behavior
- Decide what type of content works best on each platform (reels, carousels, posts, shorts, pins, etc.)
- Manage and handle 4–5 social media accounts
- Content creation and publishing
- Create and publish reels, posts, and short-form video content
- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs
- Coordinate with designers and video editors
- Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
- Plan and manage monthly content calendar
- Performance tracking
- Track content performance across platforms
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers, and content insights
- Identify top-performing content and improvement areas
- Optimize future content based on performance
- Community management
- Respond to comments and messages
- Engage with the student audience and queries
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and reels trends
- Basic Canva or video editing knowledge
- Good English and Hindi writing skills
- Interest in education or student guidance space
- Creative and organized mindset
Salary
Salary as per industry standards and based on interview performance.
