Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media & Marketing / Community & Growth Intern, located in Noida. In this position, you will create, manage, and optimize social media content and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will assist in developing digital marketing strategies, manage community outreach initiatives, and support efforts to foster user growth and engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to analyze metrics, provide insights, and explore new opportunities to expand Beon’s presence and impact in the market.

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Passion for community building and driving growth
- High level of creativity with the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas effectively
- Proficient in analyzing social media analytics to enhance performance
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
